I actually went along with a friend as she was interested in a Ford Focus shown on the website. I only asked a question about a VW Tiguan but was shown one. We both purchased cars from Michael Tullen, Salesman and drove them away two days later. He is not the stereotype pushy salesman and was open and honest.
