Audi have unveiled a brand new model the Audi A7 Sportback. This new model will close the gap between the Audi A6 and the flagship Audi A8.
There will be four engines available at launch, two petrol and two diesels. The quicker of the two the 3.0 litre TFSI petrol emit only 191g/km co2 emissions and is capable of achieving 62mph in just 5.6 seconds. Both diesel engines are 3.0 litre TDI units one with 201bhp and the other 242bhp, the diesel returning 53.3 mpg with co2 emissions of 139g/km.
For the first time in a production Audi, 'head-up' display will be available at extra cost in the Audi A7 Sportback. The sophisticated system will project key information, including economy and speed data and navigation routing onto the windscreen so that it appears to float at a distance of around 2.5 metres ahead of the driver.
Prices start at around £44,000, rising to just over £48,000, with two trims to choose from: SE and S-Line. Either way, the standard specification is massive, including leather upholstery, heated seats, satellite navigation, four-zone climate control and electric tailgate.
