The new facelifted Fiat Grande Punto Evo is now on sale. Fiat is using the name Evo to mark out the Evolution version of its Grande Punto supermini. The styling changes are subtle but they are significant with a reworked nose, a new grille, smoother headlights and a bigger badge on the chrome bonnet strip. The rear of the car has a sharp new light cluster with LED running lights and lower bumper treatment.
The interior of the Fiat Grande Punto Evo has a classier feel with a textured dashboard featuring new instruments and a piano black centre console. New seats have been shaped to give better support and comfort.
There are two new 1.4 litre ‘multiair’ petrol versions available which have cut the co2 emissions and fuel consumption. Fiat claim that the ‘multiair’ 1.4 petrol cuts co2 emissions by between ten and twenty five percent and reduces fuel consumption by ten percent but gives more power through the gears and can achieve approximately 50mpg.
The Fiat Grande Punto Evo is priced competitively from £10,995 and is still available under the scrappage scheme. The standard Fiat Grande Punto Evo is great value and with scrappage is just under £7000.
