Citroen has introduced their lowest CO2 emitting diesel model to date the new Citroen C3 e-HDi 70 Airdream EGS VTR+. The new version of the Citroen C3 supermini is available to order from this month with prices starting at £15,290.
This new model has emissions of just 87g/km and combined cycle economy of 83.1 mpg. It uses Citroën’s innovative e-HDi micro-hybrid Stop & Start technology, combined with a refined and efficient 68hp HDi diesel engine, to deliver fuel economy of up to 88.3mpg in extra urban driving.
Citroen UK’s Marketing Director Jules Tilstone said “Citroën is committed to driving down the cost of motoring and this new model is a perfect example of that. With impressive fuel economy, low CO2 emissions, a BIK rate at just 13%, free VED and the benefit of no London Congestion Charge, this stylish model is a financially and environmentally attractive addition to the Citroën range.”
