Consumers in the UK can now get their hands on the latest Mazda5 range for 2008.
The nine-strong line-up includes petrol and diesel models as well as an automatic variant and is available from £14,760 on-the-road.
In addition, Mark Cameron, Mazda UK marketing director, convenience and handling are among the top reasons why the vehicle is popular with young professionals.
"The upgraded Mazda5 for 2008 is the ideal vehicle for Mazda to consolidate its strong appeal in this segment," he said.
Mr Cameron added that Mazda will continue to promote the vehicle as "a fine handling car that has our brand’s typically high driver appeal."
Originally founded in Hiroshima, Japan in 1920, Mazda has since established itself in Europe, Australia and North America.
The firm is an affiliate of Ford Motor Company, which owns 33 per cent of the manufacturer and also owns British brands Jaguar and Land Rover.
