Renault have created two new sporting versions of the new Megane the Renault Megane GT and GT Line. The new versions are available across all the Megane range including hatchback, coupe, sport tourer and coupe cabriolet. These two new versions bring distinct styling and genuine driving pleasure and bridge the gap between mainstream Renault Megane and the all out performance of the Megane Renaultsport 250.

The Renault Megane GT is available with the 2.0 TCe 180 and 2.0 dci 160 powerplants and combines a sporty exterior and interior details with a specially tuned chassis which takes its inspiration from the Megane Renaultsport 250. The Renault Megane GT Line is an option pack available on Megane Dynamique versions and feature a specific chassis powered by the Meganes core range of economical and ecological engines.

Renault have worked hard on the interior quality of the Renault Megane and the result is that it is above average in its class, it is a solidly built interior with soft surfaces and many buttons. The entry level Renault Megane offers a CD player, air conditioning, electric heated door mirrors and keyless entry and the new Renault Megane comes with six airbags, ABS, EBD and emergency brake assist as standard.

If you opt for the new Renault Megane GT or GT Line they will stand out due to their sporty styling cues inside and out. The sporty look is further accentuated by the Malta Blue body colour exclusive to these versions and by the anthracite grey or polished carbon finish of certain details. The New Renault Mégane GT Line range will appeal to customers who are looking for affordable, fuel-efficient performance thanks to a choice of core-range petrol and diesel engines, the majority of which qualify for Renault eco²-criteria.
