The new Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX will be available to order from January 2010 this Vauxhall model will be the most economical they have produced. The three door Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX will boast co2 emissions of just 98g/km and a combined fuel consumption of 76.3mpg. The five door version is just as economical achieving co2 emission of just 99g/km. Both Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX versions are equipped with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) as standard which dramatically reduces the most harmful emissions. All drivers of the Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX will benefit not only from the lowest 13% BIK diesel band but full exemption from vehicle excise duty.
The Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 12.3 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 12.3 seconds. Using the chassis and aerodynamic modifications from the current Vauxhall Corsa 105g/km model, the new Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX also benefits from a 20mm lower ride height than standard and in Life trim gets 175/70 low-rolling resistance tyres on 14-inch steel rims (Club models get 15-inch steel rims with alloys as an option) and aero-optimised wheel trims. Prices for the new model have yet to be announced.
