Peugeot have started 2012 with sales up by 6.4% in the month of January. The best selling Peugeot 107 and Peugeot 207 continue to appeal to retail customers with sales up by 3.2%. The ‘Drive Away Happy’ campaign which started in January is a great promotion together with the ‘Just Add Fuel’ package.
The latest Peugeot 107 arrives this month with lower Co2 emissions plus enhanced equipment and an upgraded interior. There are three trim levels on offer which are in line with the other Peugeot range models (Access, Active and Allure). Features such as Peugeot Connect Bluetooth and USB and LED Daytime running lights are now available for the first time on the 107 range.
The Peugeot 207 is probably the best built small car Peugeot has ever made and it offers plenty of interior room. Six airbags come as standard as do anti-lock brakes with brake force distribution. The Peugeot 207’s score in EuroNCAP’s crash tests was one of the organisations highest.
In the first half of 2012, Peugeot have a very active product launch phase, with the arrival of a world first, the award-winning and accomplished 3008 HYbrid4 and the new 508 RXH which uses the same HYbrid4 technology and available mid-year is the all-new 208.
