Renault car buyers can look forward to January sales as the cost of buying some Renault models will be cut in early 2011 in spite of the increased VAT rate. This will mean anyone with funds left after the festive period will find some of Renaults best-sellers will be the same price, or in many cases, substantially less than today, by up to £2,000.

Among the Renault bargains is £1,415 off the Renault Dynamique TomTom dCi 150 version of Laguna Hatch at £20,485, and £1,315 off the equivalent Sport Tourer. The Renault Laguna Coupé GT Line TomTom 2.0 dCi 180 has £1,970 trimmed off the price and now stands at £25,000. The now top-of-the-range Renault GT Line TomTom V6 dCi 235 Auto is even more of a bargain, with £2,300 off of its former £30,800 list price.

New Year celebrations will continue with the Renault Grand Espace Dynamique TomTom 2.0 dCi 150 having £2050 sliced off reducing the price to £26,550. Other Renault models with significant price cuts include the Renault Clio three door and five door and Sport Tourer range and the top selling Renault Scenic range is pounds lighter with £170 off the entry level 1.6 Expression and £370 off the Grand Scenic Expression TCe 130.
