These two new models are available to order now and will be delivered from September. The petrol model welcomes the rev-loving engine from the former GT. It is capable of 0-62 mph in 9.3 seconds, combined with an impressive 42.2 mpg on the combined cycle. The Clio Gordini 128 costs £14,000 on-the-road. The second new version with the ‘French Touch’ comes with the 1.5 dCi 106 and costs £14,950. Nippy thanks to its compact dimensions and lively performance, the newcomer is equally at home on the open road as it is in the urban environment, thanks to its standard six-speed gearbox. It is capable of 62.8 mpg on the combined cycle and a top speed of 119 mph. Emitting only 110g CO2; it is also free from road fund licence and only £20 in the second year.
The two new versions can be upgraded with several options, including Carminat TomTom satellite navigation, multi-functional TunePoint or electric panoramic sunroof.
