To celebrate being an Official Partner of the 2010 World Cup, Kia Motors is offering anyone who enters a free prize draw at a Kia dealership the chance to win a new Kia Soul 2.
The Kia Soul was launched in the UK in February 2009 and is available in 1.6 petrol or 1.6 CRDi diesel guises, it is competitively priced from just £11,500 on the road. Both models have a 1.6 capacity and both produce around 125bhp. The petrol version is capable of 0-62mph in 10.4 seconds and the diesel hits the same in 10.7 seconds. The diesel Kia Soul has the greater top speed at 112 mph.
The Kia Soul is not a 4x4 but it does employ 4x4 elements, it looks like one and has the driving position of one and has practical features that have helped make 4x4 models popular. Every Kia Soul comes complete with air conditioning, six airbags, electronic stability control and a five star Euro NCAP rating as standard.
Managing Director for Kia Motors UK Ltd said “the Kia Soul is an energetic car, full of character so it seemed the perfect match for the passion that surrounds the World Cup, we are proud to be official partners of the 2010 Fifa World Cup and are sure this competition will be popular with everyone, be they a fan of the beautiful game or simply interested in winning a fantastic car.” The competition closes on 11th July 2010 with the Winner of the Kia Soul 2 being announced on 19th July 2010.
