If you’re going out to buy a supermini you may be looking at the Vauxhall Corsa or something like a Fiat Grande Punto but have you considered the Mitsubishi Colt?

Prices are extremely affordable and the entry level 1.1 is very economical, the 1.5 litre turbo charged petrol engine is capable of 0-60 in just 7.4 seconds and has a top speed of 131mph that is on the same scale as the Mini Cooper S and the Mitsubishi Colt is £4000 less.

Recently the Mitsubishi Colt Juro Special Edition was launched, standard features include 16” alloy wheels, air conditioning, steering wheel audio controls, leather steering wheel and gear shift knob, electric windows and front, side and curtain airbags. This special edition model is available in five colours, Cool Silver (metallic), Stone Grey (metallic), Orient Red (metallic), Amethyst Black (metallic) and Lightening Blue (metallic).

Price start from £10,499 for the 1.3 three door manual rising to £11,499 for the 1.3 five door ClearTec Manual.
