Twelve months ago the Nissan Qashqai underwent a mid life makeover with small styling and interior upgrades followed by a revised range of engines with lower co2emissions and improved fuel economy.

The Nissan Qashqai has a lot to offer, it is not quite a 4x4 but it is more than just a hatchback. The space is excellent in the Nissan Qashqai with plenty of head and legroom. The rear seat bench is wide enough to carry three. The boot is big and can be expanded to 660 litres when the rear seats are split. The addition of Stop/Start results in a 5g/km drop in CO2 output, the 1.6 model with its five-speed manual gearbox now emitting 139g/km. That's enough to ensure a one band drop in VED rates, meaning an annual saving of £15.

Previously a £400 option, 18-inch alloy wheels are now fitted as standard to all n-tec models, trimmed in an exclusive black and silver finish. Drivers can also choose a new Chrome Pack option. For only £250, the Nissan Qashqai and Qashqai+2 n-tec are enhanced with chrome door handles, chrome fog lamp surrounds and chrome side strips. Inside, the pack also includes door and tailgate entry guards and carpet mats.

The Nissan Qashqai has secured a spot in the UK’s top ten best sellers list due to its massive sales success. The Nissan Qashqai is the ideal quality family car.
