Hi sorry not been in office as had family issues, we got Jamie in to work last week so we can transfer his wages over for the money he’s due you, he worked last week and I paid you his wage just now £250 which I thought was the right thing to do, he is working this week to clear you off then he will no longer be here, I’m extremely upset as it is affecting my buisness with your reveiws, I want to put a end to this matter this week, I have paid you £250 from his weeks work and I will do the same end of week, now can I ask you please to remove reveiws and the last payment will be made end of week, i can only apologise again over the inconvenience for your self on this matter,
I will be back in office Thursday Friday so if you needed to ask me or speak to me don’t hesitate to call me,

How an earth can these 2 people be trusted to sell you a van . They blatantly lie to your face on numerous ccasions. She tells me she can't afford to pay me any more than £500 yet she is having a nice time before Xmas.!!!! I can't even drive my car because she's not paid me. How is that fair??? Don't you have any normals???clearly not. This will not go away until you have paid me the full amount.

Omg what sort of company lies like these. So Christianne tells me in an email she has no idea that a member of her staff sold his car through the company. She is in a relationship with this said person. So how does she not know who he is????

I would propose £500 to settle the issue, paid in two instalments of £250. I can pay one today and the other next month. I appreciate that this is not ideal but with the time of year and the impact this has had on my business I would not be able to pay anymore.

Cannot believe this company they are all liars it’s in black and whit they will pay but I am still waiting. Still unable to drive my car after 4 of owning it. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This will not go away until you pay me the full amount.

Thank you for taking the time to speak to me this morning. As discussed we would like to support you with the issues you have had with one of our employees. I can't stress enough how unhappy we are with him and the way he has treated you with selling his private car through my business and as a result are going down the appropriate channels to terminate his employment. I am aware that there is an outstanding balance for your repairs at the amount of £1,300.00 and we have both discussed that once I have received all receipts etc. and have done a full investigation that we can come to an arrangement over the arrears. With regards to the reviews which seems to be having a major impact on my business or will in the future, I would therefore appreciate that you address these for me when you can.

You seem to be doing well selling all these vans with the reviews on here . I have to ask myself how comes it is taking you so long to pay me for the dodgy car you sold me. You must be making some profits!!! But you’re still not paying me!!!
