6. Ford Fiesta
Britains favourite city car is back in its 7th generation and better than ever. The Fiesta firmly rules the roost in the city car segment and it’s been Britains best selling car year on year for over a decade. The latest model does away with cheap, under-equipped models and instead only provides trim levels that people actually want. Alloy wheels, LED headlamps, daytime running lights, privacy glass, lane-keeping systems and hill start assist are all standard equipment on the Fiesta now. Just because the car is small, doesn’t mean the owner should sacrifice the features they’d desire. The Fiesta starts from £16,385 on the road, and right now Ford are running a promotion where you can get the Trend model with 0% APR for just £170 per month with a £4,353 deposit.
5. New Ford Puma
It’s a brand new Ford Puma - but it is nothing like the old one. Ford has another entrant into the ‘crossover’ category and this is one that Ford reckons a heck of a lot of people will get behind, and we agree. This Puma is based on the infinitely popular Fiesta only it is slightly taller and slightly longer - enough to make a significant improvement to driving and comfort but not enough to alienate any apprehensive buyers. They have hit the sweet spot. The boot is the largest boot in the small crossover class and it is deep with e rubber floor, making it extremely low maintenance but exceptionally practical, which is ideal. There are also a huge range of engine choices to digest, and they’re all extremely economical with ‘mild hybrid’ options available. It’s a car we’re confident that buyers will adore.
The new Puma starts from £21,385 but right now Ford are offering a 0% APR deal with a £4,207 deposit, bringing the monthly payments to just £260 which seems like great value for money.
4. Ford Focus
The Focus is another one of those cars that no longer requires any introduction. This is the fourth generation model and it has received huge praise since it was introduced back in 2018. The Focus trim levels are steered similarly to the trim levels of the Fiesta, where the entry-level models are already well equipped. The go-to Focus is surely the ST-Line models which don the sporty equipment on the interior and exterior borrowed from the Focus ST hot-hatch. Ford is currently offering their 0% APR finance on the ST-Line models and contributing £750 to the deposit, which brings monthly payments down to a very agreeable £220. With the ST-Line things like 17” alloys, 8” Touchscreen, sports suspension and privacy glass are all included as standard.
3. The New Ford Kuga
Another brand new model for the Ford range! Ford has only recently launched the latest version of the Kuga and it’s a huge leap forward from the model it leaves behind. The Kuga is now considerably more advanced with plug-in hybrid models available with a total hybrid range of up to 465 miles. The Kuga is now in its best-ever form, with a smoother body and a plethora of new technology and features which make it one of the most advanced SUVs in its class. The Kuga is available with a starting price of £23,995 but you can get a 0% APR deal which brings the price down to £335 per month with a £1,500 deposit contribution when financed with Ford Credit. This deal applies to the ST-Line PHEV model which comes with big 18” alloys, Ford Sync 3 Navigation, B&O premium audio system, Sports seats and a fully digital 12.3” instrument cluster. That is a very competitive price for a well-equipped car.
2. Ford Mondeo Hybrid
While the Ford Mondeo has sold well over the years, the hybrid versions have only recently entered circulation so you may have only seen a few driving around thus far. While the Mondeo range starts from £24,310 for the non-hybrid Zetec model, the hybrid Titanium models demand a price tag of £28,200 but as the name would suggest, you get a much better spec with that hybrid powertrain too. Premium leather seats, heated front seats, 8” Touch screen sat nav, 18” alloys and automatic headlights are all included with the Titanium Mondeo hybrid.
Ford is promoting their 0% APR offer on the Titanium Hybrid model which brings the price down to £269 per month, which is nice and affordable when you factor in all the savings you’ll make through ownership due to the increased efficiency.
1. Ford S-Max
And last but not least is the imperious Ford S-Max - one of the most decorated family MPVs ever built. This 7 seater competes with a host of large MPVs but competently outshines them all thanks to its sporty driving style, unparalleled practicality levels and its cavernous cabin. Ford have given the S-Max a revamp in recent years to keep it’s aesthetic in line with the competition, so the honeycomb hexagonal grille, smoothed shoulders and body-coloured bumpers have all been welcomed additions. Once again it is the ‘ST-Line’ spec that really looks the business, which is good as this is where Ford are offering their latest S-Max promotion.
Once again it is a 0%APR deal provided by Ford on the 2.0 litre EcoBlue ST-Line model. This comes with part-leather sports seats, sports suspension, big 18” alloys and plenty of exterior styling cues to really make it look the part. This model costs from £36,900 all-in but with this promotion from Ford the payments drop to just £299 per month - which is an fair price point for growing families who need a lot of car for their kids.
