The Citigo is the underpinnings of the Volkswagen Up! which was awarded the ‘best small car of the year’ by Top Gear when it was released in 2011. The Citigo is understandably cheaper, as it doesn’t boast the prestigious VW badge so you’ll save a few hundred pounds there but it will cost you a few little extras as well, nothing drastic though. In at number 3 is the Sandero Stepway from Dacia.
