This service is free of charge. Payment can be taken over the telephone so there is no need to leave your workplace or home. What if I need my car during the working day No problem At the time of booking simply request a loan car. We do not charge for loan cars. Just bring your driving license to the Service Reception. Unfortunately we cannot combine a loan car with our collection and delivery service. Loan cars are subject to availability. If you prefer to wait whilst your car is in for repair, we have a customer lounge with plasma TV and refreshments. We will carry out a free of charge, no obligation visual safety check on all cars. Remember, no additional work will be carried out without your consent and the price quoted is the price you pay. We will even wash your car free of charge following the repairs. All work carried out is covered by our parts and labour guarantee for up to 12 months.
