Stay away! Warning signs were there from the start. Looking back, the red flags were there even before I drove away. The setup felt disorganised from the off, one guy handling everything while the owner sat out in his car, seemingly unbothered. It didn't inspire much confidence, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. On collection, the tyre pressure warning light was already on. Rather than investigate it properly, they simply pumped the tyre up, told me everything was fine, and sent me on my way. It wasn't fine. Shortly after, it became clear there was a faulty tyre valve and sensor, and another tyre steadily losing pressure, issues that were there all along and should have been properly diagnosed and fixed before the car was ever sold. When I contacted them to get it resolved, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness, and at one point they put the phone down on me. When I pushed further, they hid behind their warranty, which, it turns out, only covers the engine and gearbox. Tyres, valves, sensors? Not their problem apparently. As for the five-star reviews, look closely at the accounts leaving them. Vague, glowing praise from profiles with little to no other review history. It has all the hallmarks of friends and family bumping up the rating. Don't be fooled like I was.
