If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful company. They sold me a car that had problems a day after I bought it. I then returned it for a month, where they were meant to have fixed it. I got it back and a day later the same fault was there. When they found out I’d told the finance company and said I wanted to reject the vehicle, they were very patronising towards me, knowing I’m a single mum with two small children. They kept feeding me lies and promises. Three months later, the rejection was accepted and they’ve tried to charge me £1,000 for miles which I haven’t even been able to do due to the car being undriveable. This has caused me an untold amount of stress and has really affected my mental health. I will be taking them to small claims court, as the Financial Ombudsman is helping me. Stay well clear of this company - they’re scammers!
