**Extremely disappointing experience — beware** I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this trader to do their own thorough checks and research first. We purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport which, despite major issues being apparent during the test drive, was sold to us as suitable. We were assured that the issues had been fixed and that the vehicle had undergone thorough checks before being sold to us. However, over the following three months, the vehicle spent more time back at the garage than it did with us. We were provided with multiple courtesy cars, some of which were dirty and did not meet our needs. Each time the vehicle went back, we were given different explanations, and seemingly another problem would appear the following week. At one point, after finally getting the vehicle back, we broke down on the motorway after just 24 hours. We eventually decided that we wanted to reject the vehicle. Instead of our concerns being dealt with constructively, we felt that our attempts to resolve the matter were met with arrogance and aggression from the owner, Trevor. We were also given information about our consumer rights that, after doing our own research, we found to be incorrect. We were threatened with potential legal fees and mileage costs if we pursued rejection of the vehicle. After researching our rights ourselves, we established that we were entitled to reject the vehicle, and the matter was ultimately resolved in our favour. What concerns me most is the length of time it took to resolve what should have been relatively straightforward issues. One particular problem took weeks to address. Therefore, when the vehicle was subsequently advertised at a higher price and apparently sold again very quickly, I have serious concerns about whether all of the issues we experienced could realistically have been properly investigated and repaired in such a short period. Our experience has left us with a complete lack of confidence in this trader's mechanical knowledge, diagnosis and ability to properly rectify faults. We were also left with the impression that they did not have their own mechanic carrying out the necessary work. **If you have recently bought a 65-plate Land Rover Discovery Sport from this trader and are experiencing problems, I would strongly recommend getting independent advice and understanding your consumer rights as soon as possible. Don't simply accept what you are told.** This review reflects our personal experience and the issues we encountered throughout the three months we dealt with this trader.
