LEGAL ACTION REQUIRED Under former entity same location West London Cars Centre limited this dealership sold me a vehicle that after 10 miles of driving started grinding and smelt of oil. The dealers eventually collected the vehicle after immediately contacting them and promised to repair the car. After months of chasing for an update I requested a refund, this refund was not forthcoming. I then found that the dealers requested a new log book for my vehicle. I am still to receive either the monies owed or my vehicle and have needed to go legal. Unfortunately they have then tried to close the previous business. They have not done their due diligence and then it would seem stole my vehicle without refund under the consumers rights act.
