Arnold Clark Ford/Citroen (Penrith)

My son bought a car here and after 4 months and a lot of trouble they did a visual health check and said it was road worthy but with a couple of points to do (£620). None covered by the cover it all autocare which cost over £300. Took advice from Trading standards - got independent estimate - Taken off the road - BENT DRIVE SHAFT that's held on with ONE bolt. Having to sue the finance company as technically they are liable. The point for me is that the Penrith staff lied and were intimidating, contradicted themselves and were evasive and at times nasty. I think maybe they want their customers with complaints to react to this behaviour and be asked to leave so they dont have to deal with legitimate complaints... money money money and no service whatsoever!
