What a joke! Second service booked same as 1st as a waiting appointment and just like first time sat there for an hour and a half only to discover that they hadn’t even started. Senior management need to explain to staff that a waiting appointment is supposed to me that they start the work at the time agreed not that you keep customers waiting all day! The staff couldn’t care less about their customers. Perhaps it’s because I’m a disabled customer and they think I’m a second class citizen and therefore it’s ok to provide me with a second class service. When I change my car next year won’t be going anywhere near this company. Shame I had to give it one star!!

Fantastic service, I had no complaints they were very helpful and not pushy. I ended up buying a car more locally to me.
