The dealer sold me a car and as soon as I have paid for it , I was told there is no V5 ! They took ooff private plates and put on different plates ! They rest assured me I am completely fine with driving it as it's all registered ! Also they told me it's on their trade insurance ,not giving me a proof of it! After three weeks and researching on my own , I found out the car was not registered with DVLA , then I attempted to return it and demanded a full refund ! I was shouted at , lied to and told I have to reject the car in writing and I have 28 days to await response from them ! So far , I've received no response regarding rejecting the car ! It has been 4 weeks since I bought it! Not drivable ,not roadworthy , not fit for purpose! I have no car that I can use and no money to buy another one ! Very bad service !
