Garage lacks intergrity. Upon viewing vehicle which was being sold and shown on their shop floor, found many concering issues. Ryan stated will get fixed and asked for holding fee under agreement would get all work done. Came and reviewed two days after agreed completion date and still not ready for sale with many items required still. Agreed will return refund, however over 4 weeks still no refund. Buyer beware.

Bought a mini from here, car was checked over and the whole place is really proffesional. Car had to go back for a sensor but they sorted it on the same day. Overall really impressed and will definitely return.

Not trust worthy. Brought my daughter's first car from here , mini specialist my backside . Once my deposit was taken the car we waited for it to be serviced and have an MOT, failed 2 MOTs and passed the 3rd ??? Was slightly suspicious but apparently this can happen with emissions so collected and paid the balance. Started noticing black smoke , paid my local garage to look at it and do an MOT and service for me ( 50 and 280 quid piece of mind as my daughter was driving it ) , not had a service at all (no oil ) Did not pass , failed again on emissions, engine management light had been turned off , also other MOT failures of brake / handbrake issues . Atlas would buy the car back at 1500 leaving me with a loss of 1400 told them no chance , gave it them back to repair. New seals in engine, brakes apparently repaired , still making a mouse at the rear. New water pump , engine light back on . Took back to our local garage another 50 quid later , yes passed the MOT . So okay we are now driving round , gearbox issues but that's on the list to look at. Not a month later it's leaking oil again everywhere, this car is a complete money pit. Had to get rid of it and lost 1500 quid , a harsh lesson. Do not think a shiny garage is going to be good service. Ryan did his best to help but Stephan is a complete arse , bad attitude, his response is well take us to trading standards then !!! Beware

Purchased a Vauxhall to use as a run-around whilst my new car is in production. The guys weren't pushy at all and the cars been great. They answered all my questions and even gave me 12 months breakdown cover and warranty free of charge! Thanks guys.

SA13YJO Vauxhall insignia Bad Car Bought a white insignia SA13YJO Mot certificate had No Advisaries. Had it parked 5 days as Engine Management light came on. Took it back, they said all fixed! Engine management light came back on.,They said take it to local dealer to sort. I did and this is what they found - rear left tyre rip internal wall should have been Mot Failure, rear right tyre minimum tread should be advisory, 2 bulbs yellowed an out need changing again advisory, windscreen wipers pax on drivers side (small blade) drivers wiper on pax side (large blade) both shredded need replacing again advisory. Major oil leak found due to head gasket gone!! None of the above found by there mechanics or there Mot test centre! Returned car No refund yet and car is back up for Sale when I’m still the owner!! They lie and reviews only 8 look great. Look further afield online and your be shocked. Taking them to court. Livers blaggers and un road worthy cars.

I Purchased A 2012 Astra From Here Back In Feb2022. Came With 3 Months Warranty And 1 Year AA. Last Week I Got What I Thought Was a Service Light On The Dash. Took The Car Back To Atlas to Have It Checked. Turned Out To Be A Faulty Thermostat. Although My Warranty Ran Out In May, Stefan ( The Owner ) Had The Thermostat Replaced As A Goodwill Gesture and Refused My Offer To Pay. I Know The Cost of The Part is £60 Plus...What a Nice Man, Also Ryan A nd The Mechanics Thoroughly Nice People.....

Purchased a car for my son - no pressure sales tactics, car was MOT'd and Serviced prior to my collection. Would definitely recommend.

As above, car is not fit for purpose at all, numerous issues and they have refused a refund, contravening their statutory and legal obligations. Very friendly and warm to start with, until something goes wrong. Looking at their reviews on Google, I am not the only person to have this experience. Please do not spend your hard earned money here if you want a safe, reliable car.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE bought a £9000 Audi for my son's first car after 5 weeks it broke down needing a new transmission sent it to the garage of their choice, the bill was £3600 to repair it which they have refused to pay and have refused to give my son his money back. My son has been without a car for over 3 weeks and they refused to supply a courtesy car! Stephan the manager said 'take us to court' We are now in the process of taking them to court. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
