Audi Hamilton

Now into my 5th week with no communication from anyone at Audi Blantyre or from their customer services team re the issue on my Q5 Adblu system , not just one failure on this breakdown but now into a second failure. Absolutely shocking communication from a major retailer. If i treated my customers in this way i would have no business. I will never buy another Audi as long as i can drive !! Hopefully get a reply after this message !!!!!!!!!!
