Really happy with Prince and the team, had my car 3 months now and will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade

I’m currently taking this dealership to a small claims court for my money back as the car was faulty within 6 weeks of having it. There was issues with the engine coolant and then a problem with the head gasket. Prince claimed to the court that I done over 1400 miles in that period of time and that the car had done over 100k. he also claimed that he changed a hose due to there being a leak from the engine coolant. In the evidence that I have provided to the court and to him I have proven that he has lied to the courts, and when he was told by the courts along with my self that we had to submit our evidence to each other and to the courts all I got was BLANK. Pieces of paper, I have 2 witnesses that can prove that. I wonder what more lies this guy will come out with to protect himself.

Vincent Taylor, I see you bought a car from authentic autos in Harrow, I’m guessing prince also told you that you would have a e month warranty with you car. Are you having issues with your car also, if so what action are you taking against him. I am currently taking him to a small claims court to get my money back as he sold me a dodgy car which he tried to repair but failed, he also told me that I would have a e month warranty which I’m still waiting for. He has told me that my consumers rights have not been violated but they have. As he has sold me a car that was not fit for purpose, nor has he tried to resolve this issue, he is also trying to blame me for the head gasket being damaged due to his and his mechanic negligence.

This garage is not trustworthy brought mini 27 jan23 told fsh still not received 7march23 the AA have tryed to get him to send it but only BS from prince
