I recently passed my driving test and was looking for a reliable first car . Couldn't have gone to a better place as the sales rep was very helpful who gave me pro and cons of the different cars I had in mind. I eventually chose a car and it has been running amazing and will definitely go back when I want to upgrade my car.

I viewed a car here whilst I was in the area as I live 180 miles away. Over the next few days there was communication with Sean regarding warranties, any available reduction in price and general enquiries that one would make when considering purchasing a car. I viewed the car on a Saturday afternoon and I had to wait until Monday to get an insurance quote. I questioned the 6 month AA Warranty the car was advertised as coming with but was told it would cost an extra £150. They also advertise themselves as being an AA Approved Dealer but having checked with the AA they confirmed that they are NOT an approved dealer, they just sell their warranties. Having considered my options and being told they would include the AA Warranty if I paid full price I agreed and asked how much deposit was required to hold the car until I could travel down to collect it at the weekend. A figure was agreed and they asked for my phone number so that they could call me to take the credit card details. This was at 4pm. At 6pm I received a message telling me they'd sold the car to someone else. I spent considerable time researching the car, sorting Insurance, arranging child care, organising transport to go and collect all for nothing. At no time did they inform me there was another interested party. Absolutely appalling service from a clearly unscrupulous and untrustworthy dealer who tries to bamboozle potential customers with their false advertising regarding vehicles coming with an AA Warranty and being an approved AA Dealership.

I bought a car which was given to me with malfunctioning brakes which almost caused me to crash half an hour after I picked it up from the garage. From then it has been endless excuses, not answering the phone, not calling back. When I asked for a refund after they proved unable to repair it at all, the seller wanted to push me into buy another car claiming he couldn't give me my money back. He became abusive when I told him I didn't want another car because at that stage I had lost trust in him. He told me I couldn't get my money back, he yelled at me and became threatening. Eventually, after endless discussions and sustaining his abuses, I managed to get the money back. I had a terrible experience with this dealer which I would not recommend to anyone.

Bought a car from this dealer 4 days ago and car developt a problem with clutch. Went to his office at 1030 am And he had someone at my door at 12. I hadn't even arrived home yet. They took the car in and called me back at 2pm. Told me car was fixed. But where keeping it till next day to be sure car was OK. Think this was amazing service and would thoroughly recommend this garage to anyone. ????????????
