Unfortunately there’s no option for 0 starts. They are the worst company I had to deal with. I bought a car and after only 4 month it broke down. Turned up that I had to change the engine completely. I’ve contacted them, and their customer service was awful. After telling him that I would see my lawyer I’ve been threaten that if I would have done it so they wouldn’t have happened with the car repair. The only thing the owner can do is screaming! I’ve took the car to them and after 7 months I’ve got it back. They invoices me for over £3000 without letting me know what kind of works he was doing on my car. He change the clutch and other pieces without even ask me. They didn’t cover not even a penny. If the car was working completely fine, why did I have to pay over £3000 only 4 months after purchase? Horrible to deal with!

I won't be going anywhere near them, ever again. Bought a Mini from this garage earlier this year. When I picked up the car, 2 mins away from the garage the engine warning light comes on. After having it for a week, ARCS said the car needed a new lambda sensor and covered the £70 work done by Lothian Cars. Everything seemed to be fixed but a few days after their return policy lapsed, the EWL turned back on. I phoned ARCS and they said that the sensor just needed time to adjust. A few weeks later, light still on, I took it to a Mini garage in Glasgow to get it checked and they found it to have engine problems costing thousands to fix and it would definitely fail it’s next MOT. Not great news when I just spent over £3k on the car with a 12-month MOT and AA warranty. After inspecting my documents, I realised the car had an MOT a few months beforehand where it had 10 “repair immediately” major defects. ARCS told me that these fixes had all been made, however, the most recent MOT had no advisories and was also done by… Lothian Cars.

I had been looking for a couple of months for a car and viewed several places but I'm not always an impulse buyer so I was taking my time. Stumbled upon autorange and decided to give them a visit and they were very friendly. Seen the car I liked and was allowed to take it for a test drive. The car was good except it had a soft puncture so the car was taken down for a new tyre while I signed the paperwork, taxed and insured it. Very happy with how it went. Thank you autorange
