DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They use old, misleading photos to make their inventory look great, but the reality is these cars are left to rot outside in a tiny yard exposed to the weather. The car I looked at was covered in scratches like it had been in a hedge, had a massive dent down the left side, a ruined bonnet, and faulty wiper motors/bulbs. I bought it as a fixer-upper, but their shady admin practices have been a nightmare. I part-exchanged my Mercedes, and they still haven't transferred the paperwork into their name. I bought my car on August 22nd, and because they refused to give me the green slip from the V5 (insisting they'd handle the paperwork), I am still waiting for it to arrive. They also refused to give me the primary key fob on the day of purchase, handing me a terrible secondary key and promising to mail the main one. Weeks later, I still don't have the main key or the V5. All I get are generic apologies for the delay. They haven't got a clue what they are doing and are winging every step of the process. Cannot be trusted—avoid!
