The car itself drives well and, so far, I haven't had any mechanical issues. I've only drive it for one/two days and haven't driven it much, so I can't comment further on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Before purchasing the car, I was verbally assured that it had been serviced. After collecting the vehicle and checking the paperwork, I discovered there was no evidence that a service had been carried out. When I contacted the dealership to ask about this, they refused to carry out the service that had been promised. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. Shaun, who sold me the car and was handling the sale, became very aggressive and unpleasant on the phone when I questioned the missing service. During a conversation with customer care, he even took the phone from the person I was speaking to and continued the conversation in a hostile and confrontational manner. It's a real shame because the car appears to be fine, but the after-sales support and customer service have been some of the worst I've experienced. I would recommend that anyone buying from this dealership gets every promise in writing before committing to a purchase.
