BC Performance Cars

Travelled 2 hours to view a car at BC Performance and was initially dealt with by Ben. The car itself was honestly advertised and exactly as described, but unfortunately the customer service let the experience down. I got the strong impression Ben had already written me off as a serious buyer, possibly because of my age (21). His manner came across as dismissive, passive-aggressive and unnecessarily rude. After checking the service history and asking for a test drive, he even questioned whether I was genuinely serious about buying the car, which I found very unprofessional considering I had travelled 2 hours to view it. Josh, on the other hand, was excellent — professional, respectful and a genuinely sound guy. Ultimately, Ben’s attitude put me off buying from BC Performance and I purchased elsewhere instead. Good cars are only part of the experience; customers should also be treated with basic respect.
