Bought a car 2 weeks ago the car broke down on my way home, fix now another problem apparently they can’t fix. I wonder if they will refund me only drove the carc for five days the other day it was in garage.

He assured me it was a “great little car” with no problems. After agreeing on the price and making payment, I asked them to prepare the vehicle for collection by a transporter and requested updated photos. They never sent any. When the car arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The colour didn’t match the listing, the vehicle had noticeable scuffs and marks all over, and the mileage was 200 miles higher than advertised. I sent them a message with comparison photos showing the discrepancies, but they ignored me completely. If you value your money and expect honesty, transparency, and basic professionalism—avoid Cardiff Gate Car Dealer at all costs
