Car with many many issues sent back to be fixed but still many problems to resolve not recommended poor...

Been here once try to by car seen few issues with car tryed to mention them to seller there was file for car on my hand he picked up from me and told me to go a way costumers service is ridiculous the way off him treat to costumer out off world soo would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Made car buying so easy, salesman was very helpful and friendly and no pressure into buying the car.

Bought a car from Bevington Motors and a couple of issues arose which were proving annoying - intermittently going into limp mode and sudden loss of power. As this was going to take potentially time to locate the issue the company bought the car back at the purchase price and I bought another one from them. Great service and so pleased that I was able to do that. Thank you Bevington Motors - that is old fashioned good customer care!!

very dodgy salesman.

I purchased a 2012 Smart car from Bevington Car Sales, within 3 weeks the exhaust blew (rusted with large split in it) I contacted trading standards who advised I was within my rights to ask for a repair or replacement (or at the very least the cost of the repair paid for). However on contacting Bevington Car Sales, Chris advised me that "all the cars we sell have rust on them, they are second hand, what do you expect?" he then said go and talk to trading standards and find out what your rights are. With the help of trading standards I am in the processing of submitting a money claim (small claims court) against them, having not received a reply to the letter I sent recorded delivery to try and resolve this amicably. I would not buy a car from here if you are expecting any sort of after sales service at all.
