Bought a Mercedes B180 end of last year, had a few items to adjust/fix/repair on car including new front n/s tyre. - dealt with and happy with results. Problem within first week with corroded pipe causing car to stall on acceleration, phoned Gavin and he had it fixed without a fuss. Minor issue now because garage inadvertently forgot to replace wheel brace and lock nuts, I'm sure Gavin will do his best to ensure these are returned as soon as possible. Nice guy, would deal with him again.

I can sympathise with and echo all the negative comments here on this shower of a business. I purchased a car from them under their previous guise of Edge Cars. Had nothing but issues with the car and lies, false promises and unreturned phone calls from all the staff involved including the director. Finally got them to agree to a refund but they went under while still owing me money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I viewed a car on autotrader And read all the reviews on autotrader all were good reviews I somehow came across this website with bad reviews about Birchgrove Motor Company after reading them I was a little hesitant viewing the car anyway I took my chances and travelled 140 miles after all most companies have bad reviews not every company can satisfy every customer I was greeted by Gavin the owner what a lovely friendly person I viewed the car and took it on test drive the car was perfect and I purchased it, It was all done professionally and my views of the garage and the presentation was it was superb.

Liars, con men! Legal action being taken as owe us £508.88 in mechanical fees as car was u drivable! Wouldnt trust a word out of Gavin or the rest of the teams mouths! Go elsewhere for a reliable car

Crooks!!! Complete and utter liars selling cars that are not road worthy! GAVIN agreed to have all work done and would pay out due to warrenty, still waiting 3 months on and 70 phone calls later and a compaint! (No response) currently starting legal action! Never ever ever buy a car from these con people! Already changed company name before as the last manager was a crook too!!

Friendly, fair garage I was buying a car as a lone female which can be a bad experience but Gavin was polite and helpful. I brought a very clean, low mileage car and quickly agreed to a new MOT, warrenty and good price. Very pleased with the experience and car. Thanks.

WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO IS BUYING A CAR FROM THESE. Please avoid. They have my old car part ex ford fiesta ce14txh on the forecourt at the moment, which they had off me 2 months ago and have still not paid the finance off on it. Please avoid, im currently taking legal action. Gary or gavin what ever his name his tell me every day it will be sorted today dont worry about it still not done !!!!!!
