Boston Audi (JCT600)

To be honest we had a pretty difficult time with Boston Audi with numerous errors by them during the ordering, waiting and delivery process for our brand new 70 plate Audi TT for which they eventually apologised .... but i nursed them along and bit my lip to avoid disappointment for my partner Sandra ...... Much worst was to come though with our 2nd new car from them a £52k TTS ..... It had a transmission system problem confirmed by several other Audi dealers including some of their own sister branch's and also by Audi UK themselves who said that Audi Boston were empowered them to resolve the matter ..... We eventually rejected the car but despite many scores or 100s of chases and considerable evidence to them including to their CEO they just ignored our communications ........ So, if this is the treatment you want when buying an expensive new Audi then these are the kiddies for you ...... Didnt Dick Turpin get hung for such robberies ?
