Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer aftercare. We broke down while on holiday and the garage replaced our oil cooler. However, the very next day, the vehicle began leaking coolant and the reservoir was half empty. When we contacted the garage to report that the vehicle was still losing fluid, they were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, making no effort to find a practical compromise given our travel situation back to Spain. The engine ultimately suffered a major failure shortly after. Dealing with this garage added a massive amount of unnecessary stress to an already difficult holiday. I would not recommend them based on how they treat customers once payment has been made.
