Company should have a better duty of care to their customers, even more so the ones tided into finance! I was given a car with major electrical faults, half worn tyres, brakes and mould ridden interior, I will give them the benefit of the doubt as the did fix the electrical issues eventually (after many heated discussions and to and from emails) however no care was taken with my veichel, and recieved my car back with broken interior trims, rubbish receipts and a company credit card, no fuel after dropping it there with half a tank. so as much as they fixed it, it was used for their own use too. Throughout the process of trying to get my car fixed, The Manager Dan, Arron and Josh, took great joy in belittling me as a female making me feel uncomfortable, angry, agitated and upset, I was blamed serval times for the reasons behind faults on the veichel (" you must have spilt a drink in the center console") even tho drinks and are a prohibited even more so with mould issues! After the experience I have had i would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle or using any services from this garage.

Fantastic experience. Super helpful and very friendly. Even when I had difficulties with my car, they still helped me after I dealt with them. 10/10 !!!!!

Fully intent on buying a Mercedes from this joke of a dealership till asked to sign a form stating that in the event of any accident or damage during my test dive I agreed to pay in full for same and not make a claim against their insurance. When challenged the person handling the sale called his boss to be told no way to change this policy. Needless to say we did not buy the car. What kind of serious outlet does not have insurance cover for test drives? I really suggest any person testing a car at this outlet carefully reads the disclaimer they ask you to sign and walk away - I repeat a joke of a dealership.

Sold me a car not fit for purpose! I'm subsequently spent £500 rectifying problems with rust and fuel pipe. I contacted dealer but hit aggressively told it was wear and tear and basically they weren't going to do anything to help me! My advice... steer well clear and don't give them your money! Absolute Thieves.
