WARNING: Misleading description and poor aftercare I purchased a vehicle from Brookhill Motors that was described as being in “immaculate condition” and “driving perfectly.” In my experience, this did not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle. Within a very short period of ownership, multiple issues became apparent, including signs of damp, a tyre pressure monitoring warning light, and a clutch issue. This was not what I expected given how the vehicle had been described. When I raised these concerns, I was disappointed with the level of aftercare and communication provided. I did not feel that my concerns were handled effectively or resolved in a satisfactory manner. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully check vehicles and ensure all details are clearly confirmed before purchasing.
