Absolute wanker and liar. Now it's One Stop Car Shop, Avoid like the plague. Bought a vehicle for £2800 and ended up paying £2000 to have it fixed. Got nothing but lies and stories then more lies from the owner, Richard Poole. (Tosser) Tried to get our money back but solicitor advised against it as we wouldn't get all our money back

Car had nothing but engine issues after spending loads of money on it for it still to be shit. He did refund me however but now I'm getting nothing but speeding fines through post. Police now involved

Broken promises all the time ,he ignores text messages and phone calls ,totally untrustworthy , stay away from canalside cars , I've heard hes moving to Derbyshire and starting another business but I'll make it my mission to warn people .

I bought a car two weeks ago from this company "low mileage-full service history" I have spent hundreds of pounds on it with more to spend. Keep Away from this company.

I purchased a car from here and thought I was buying from a genuine family run business with a good reputation. Within 4 days of buying the car I had issues which I contacted Richard about hoping that he would assist but did not help. Fobbed me off each time I called and totally ignored text messages. I am now using a hire car for work as the vehicle I bought is not reliable for long journeys or transporting my celebrity clients. I now need to save again from scratch to replace the car as it is no good and I can not trust it. I will be using my press connections to try and ensure that people do not buy cars from here. Complete let down and fraud. They are now selling the rusty Mercedes that they gave me £250.00 for in part exchange for £1,695 so I feel totally sorry for the person that buys that. Dodgy car sales like this need to be highlighted and stopped.
