Recently bought a Kia Sportage from Car City Luton, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help without being pushy. The whole process was explained clearly, and I always felt like I was being looked after. There was a bit of a wait for the finance company to pay everything out, but the team kept me updated throughout and even bought me lunch while I was waiting, which was a really thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected. It made the whole experience much more enjoyable and showed they genuinely care about their customers. The car was exactly as described, presented in a clean condition, and drives perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I'd highly recommend Car City Luton to anyone looking for a quality used car.
