When I contacted them, they assured me the issue would be fixed, but instead it felt like they deliberately delayed things to run down the clock and make it harder for me to reject the car. Since then, the situation has only gotten worse. The repair costs have been quoted at around £3,000, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle I had just bought. I’ve raised the issue with the finance company and also escalated it to the ombudsman, but the case is still ongoing. What’s most frustrating is that I’m still making monthly payments for a car I don’t even have access to, as it’s been sitting in a garage. I made it clear I wanted to return the vehicle, but the dealership has refused to accept it. Overall, this has been a stressful and unfair experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before buying from this dealer, especially when it comes to after-sales support and handling of faults. I believe this car was bought from you. ❤️2 And further more ,when I tried to be in contact with them on phone they very unapproachable and rudely disrespectful. Even now the outcome was not sorted out , Very frustrating and also very unreliable company,I would not recommend.

Picked up a BMW 5 Series from Car City recently and I’m really happy with it. The car was in great condition – absolutely mint. Everything was pretty straightforward and the staff were easy to deal with. No pressure, just helped me sort everything out and get on the road. Purchased car on 11th September, third week in the engine light came on. Confirmed turbine issue. Ignoring emails to confirm a date to return the car as I’m within my rights to reject it. Avoid
