Bought BMW s1000rr. Problems from day one.. BMW motorrad are no help, getting the run around. At this stage I want refund. So much for 2 years BMW warranty and all that.....

I bought a new Megane automatic with R-Link mid February 2015. VFZ4403. This is my second (and last) new Megane from Charles Hurst. The Sat Nav system does not pick up speed cameras and the dealer has not been able to sort it out, it has been left to me to contact Renault Customer Services and the R-Link Technical department to try and find a solution. 3 months those named departments have been working at the problem but appear no closer to a solution. Sales did a good job of selling the car and R-Link but the after sales support is very poor. It was never adequately explained that the Tom Tom support facilities are not available for the Sat Nav in R-Link as everything must be done through Renault. The excellent Tom Tom updating service (which I experienced with my previous Dynamique) is not available so I have to buy updates for "Europe 45 Countries" at a high price when available. I could have financed the car at a better rate than Renault Finance but was told the car would have to be pre registered to Charles Hurst and then transferred to me as second owner if I did that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What has happened to the great customer service advertised by Charles Hurst ???
