Purchased a Kia from Mark, who was very honest and helpful. How ever whilst driving North in Lane 2 of the M6 the front offside wheel locked up, the AA mechanic who attended stated that the wheel bearing, which appeared brand new, had been fitted with no grease. The car was returned and repaired but was not ready until tracking was done. On the initial purchase an agreement was made that they would buy the car back as I only needed it for a couple of months, when the day came to return the car they offered less than half but only after the boss inspected the car which could not be done for three days, told to leave the car and the boss would asses it’s value and pay direct to my bank. This was completely different to the agreement made three days earlier. I was left with the impression that the boss would offer a far lower price that agreed. I used this vehicle for approximately 300 miles. Failure to honour verbal agreements is not what I expect from honest trustworthy business owners.
