In June 2020 I purchased my dream car. Few days later noticed a warning light. Was told to bring my car in. When phoned the day before to confirm (no can do). Weeks later took my car to them. Told it was ready and then the light came on. These things happen. Took car back again. Rang them to check up as had heard nothing. Was told the manger was out for a family matter (with my respects to) Was told he was the only person and had to wait another week. The following week was told my car is ready to be picked up. Explained circumstances in picking the car up as I work late. Was then told they would drop it of to me. The day came for them to drop it of and told they JUST picked it up for the garage and had to monitor it. With the irritation and lack of clear communication I picked my car up myself. Was then shouted at in then office by the manager. And was told I was accusing them of breaking car. Shouted at and told i can give the car back. I am a young girl and very felt intimidated.
