Don't buy from here. Dodgy mots put on the cars when you question them they get aggressive . Best idea is to go somewhere else

Hello, the car was delivered last saturday.problem found after 2 days. The seller said that everything is fine with the car.that the service is done, new Mot, only the oil was changed.Bumper with scratches and dents, pads and discs have not been changed.car shakes at idle.under the bottom something
strumming and knocking.

Purchase a Volvo s60 car in DEC £4K within 3 week car had broken down in Bristol at a cost £500 to repair. Rang Club way motors in Peterborough spoken to Sammie the chap that sold me the car, to be told Sammie not here at this time "yes he was" because i knew is voice. Plus he start ask me about purchase my old car a BMW more interested in my old car that the fault car he had sold me!!!!!
He then tell me to ring warranty Company total waste of time and worthless TO BE TOLD NO ITS NOT COVERED". 1 week later i tuck a call from another chap and was offer a £250 must the other chap that run's the car company with Sammie....upon ring up again to arrange the refund and speaking to great customer service advice Sammie i was told email Dave? ..TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ****BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE JOKER***

This place is a disgrace. The dealer sold us a faulty car, that broke down months after purchase. Mo, then told us we we're not covered for a warranty after 3 months (which was a lie) he then tried to offer to fix it for us for a "cut rate" if we traveled back to the dealership. Which was not possible as the car was not in use. Once we had confirmed via the warranty company we in fact had 6 months on the car, we called back to ask why he had lied and he became extremely abusive and began to threaten and shout racial slurs. He told us he would cancel our warranty altogether. All this because he scammed us with a faulty car and was confronted. This was the worst experience I've ever had. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

Horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this company and would advise you to stay away. Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Brought a car from this company, only owned the car for a month and half of the time it’s been in a garage with a long and expensive list of faults and repairs that need doing. Absolutely terrible customer service to the point of being shouted down on the phone and sworn at constantly despite myself being polite and wanting a quick solution. Throughout all these unfriendly calls it felt like they were just delaying sorting out the issues. Despite having national warranty, they wanted the car to be fixed up in Peterborough even with the car being unroadworthy and being over 3 hours away to eventually be sworn and shouted at again and told to sort it out myself. Terrible service, do not buy from this place and they will try and bully you through the phone.

Honestly cannot fault these guys. The car is great and I'm really enjoying it. I've left it a few months before I leave my review in order to give an honest opinion. Had a small issue with the V5 and they sorted it all it for me. Definitely would use again. Thanks a lot guys.

This company is the worst car dealer I have had the displeasure to deal with. Had a fault with the car 2nd day. Was lied to by the salesman he arrange 3 times to collect the car but no show when. I confronted him he became very abusive on the phone calling me a liar and blame me for all the faults on the car. As of now he still will not return my calls .
I have check my rights and I will persue them ( not of satisfactory quality consumers rights act 2017). These company is punching about it weight and if he thinks shouting down a phone is away of customer service well the sooner they go bust the better. Do not bother buying a car from these guys cowboys and they bring shame on the industry. Bullying down the phone is terrible. I will start a winding up order on this company either way I will get this sorted and social media will be having a field day with sub standard . I have deatails from company house and they have funds to paid what they owe so 5heorder will be a formality

If I could give no stars I would.. Where do I start, traded silver audi a3 for white insignia. Turns out car is fucked, paid 1,200 trying to fix this, they have put dodgy sensor in, wife has broken down with young children in car several times. Also they have been using our adui racking up fines and now had balliffs at our door because of them. Will be taking legal action... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
