Picked up my new sorento from Chris Ariss, Stellar service as always

I would like to say that Carly Hammond was very pleasant and very help full when we bought our new car. She had not forgot us after our previous car deal 3 years ago. The deal went very smoothly so car will now be dealt buy the service side now on. Thank you Alan Vigars.

I would like to complain about the service provided by County Kia on my Kia Picanto. I had a problem with the windscreen washer spray and as this week was the end of my warranty and exactly one year since I had same problem, I phoned and got an appointment for 8am this morning. I knew that the price of the work was in doubt depending on what they found, it could have been exactly the same as last year and been completely free, or it could have been something else. I was shocked to be given a bill for a washer jet for £93.96. This seems an exorbitant price but most of all, how can you explain that I was not asked if I wanted the work to be done, which is normal practice in other mechanics I have used. I am a pensioner and I would have said no to the work as I have other expenses at the moment and this bill means I will have to do without something as I am only on a minimum pension. I am also sure I could have got it fixed for much less when I have the money to fix it. I am really disappointed in County Kia and will never use them again as I feel they are completely dishonest.

I just picked up my Kia sportage today and I was so happy with the service. Emily farmer was fantastic, she was very welcoming and she was very happy to help. I would definitely recommend Kia.
