AVOID. Underhand Car Dealing Dealers in charge (Zack/Ali) did not make online or contractual agreements, they discuss a lot over the phone and I felt were pushy. No trackable sales process in place, took my deposit and did not return. Dealer at no point communicated deposit as ‘non-refundable’. Highly inappropriate, unprofessional and in my opinion complete amateurs in retrospect. When dealing with high value cars and dealerships one expects transparency but good with your wits about you. I have had to take legal action to recuperate my money. Avoid this dealer.

Avoid buying from this rogue trader. Sells Broken cars which seems like they are bought from copart.

I bought 3 cars in the pass 3 years. And must stay cars are in excellent condition with Very low mileage and reasonable price. The customer service and the process of the deal was quick and easy to fallow. I am buying my 4th car soon.

I bought a Mercedes 2013 model on 14/09/2016. when I switched the car ignition, service warning sign came up. I mention this to the sales man. he told me the car has been serviced, the mechanic have forgotten to switch off the warning sign and he will do that now. i believed him. when I purchased the car and next day when checked the engine oil it was really dark and mucky. I checked the Air filter which was not changed for a long long time. so the next day took the car back to garage where i bought it and explain to then. they were three of them all insisted the car have been serviced. In the end i told them that I buy the Oil & Air filter which i did and lets do the service and see the texture of engine oil then. After the service they demanded that i should pay them £90. for engine oil other wise they will not release my car. I bought the car for £18,390. they really harassed, and bullied me. I had to pay them £40. plus the car parts. I thing they are bunch of thugs and not professional trades men. They do not know how to take care of their customers. I will never ever buy any vehicle from these people.
