F & P Car Sales Ltd

Saw a 2010 Volvo V50 for sale at a reasonable price, enquired and was met quickly and professionally. When I viewed the car, everything was in order, even managed to get it for a lower price than what was advertised! The car drove amazingly, no faults at all until a few days after ownership. I contacted straight away and they arranged for collection of the car which was a while away from them. Once the car was collected they had arranged for someone to come and look at the car. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to find the fault with the car, which was a real shame as the car was perfect. However I cannot fault F&P Car Sales Limited as without hesitation, they offered a full refund. Overall I would say it's a shame I don't have the car anymore but it's just one of those, however the service I received was absolutely fantastic; don't hesitate buying from here!

Anyone thinking about buying a car from this lot think again cars are only fit for scrap they will take your money and if it packs up at the top of the road they just say some you win and some you don’t hardly what anyone would call customer care they have a long list of complaints about them with the local consumer rights department of the local council go somewhere else it may cost you a bit more but it will be worth it
