Farmer & Carlisle Loughborough Toyota

We were really please with the service provided until my wife had some tyres fitted to her nearly new Auris Hybrid. A day after we took the car back we notice that 3 of the alloy wheels had the paint scraped off along circumferential outer edge of the rim.We believe it was caused during tyre fitting process as it looked like something had rubbed along the outer edge, which is consistent with the motion of a tyre fitting machine, and didn't like the typical curbed damage. After raising a complaint with the service manager, they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Overall, we feel that we have been betrayed and that we can not trust Farmer & Carlisle Toyota in Leicester.
